Cafe Che Che is a small batch, specialty coffee roasting operation located in south Seattle. We roast delicious, high quality, ethically and sustainably grown and sourced beans to order in a beautiful little drum roaster. Free local delivery available.

Our origin story: I began learning to roast coffee in a hot air popper in my backyard in 2019 and quickly became passionate about perfecting my roasts and supplying friends and family with great coffee. I upgraded to a small but mighty two pound drum roaster. When the Covid 19 lockdown began, I began roasting in earnest in order to bring the comfort of great coffee directly to people’s homes. My adult daughter is a pediatric brain tumor survivor, so Covid posed a real risk to our family. Thus, working safely from home was an extra benefit. With an interest in supporting small farmers in developing countries, workers rights, women’s empowerment and sustainable environmental practices, I found this endeavor to be the perfect way to blend my interests. Thus Cafe Che Che was born.
