Cafe Che Che is a woman-owned, small-batch, specialty coffee roasting business located in South Seattle. We support farmers who use organic and bird-friendly practices, empower women, and represent cooperatives that improve the quality of life for their communities. We roast our single-origin coffees to order in a beautiful little drum roaster. Our beans come from various regions and we roast the single origins light, medium, dark and extra dark, with the exception of decaf, which is available in medium and dark roast. We also offer a medium and a dark roast blend. Choose whole bean or your preferred grind setting when ordering. We are always happy to discuss brewing techniques and try to match you with the best coffee for your specific preferences.
