Organic Washed Honduras. Cupping notes: Notes of Cocoa Powder, Praline, Brown Spice, Hazelnut and hints of Red Apple with medium body and acidity. Comayagua is the most productive and diverse of Honduras’ 15 coffee producing regions. This Reserva Guama Danta lot comes from small farmers who focus on collaboration and quality.
Organic washed Mexico. Notes of pecan, brown sugar, maple, apple and tangerine. This coffee is bold, smooth and delicious. "Dana Montana" is produced by the MOCABE cooperative in Chiapas. MOCABE is made up largely of indigenous farmers. Shade grown and organic. Chiapas, Mexico.
Washed Papua New Guinea. Cupping notes: An elegant, nuanced PNG that centers around notes of plum and green grapes, rounding to cocoa cocoa and agave syrup in the cup. The mouthfeel is smooth and buttery, and the quiet finish is sweetly hazelnut-toned. This is a lovely representation of the Bourbon and Typica varieties of Arabica, multi-layered and inviting. Simbai region, Papua New Guinea.

Natural Myanmar. Cupping notes: Blackberry, red grape and orange peel sweetness, mildly dry finish, medium body and berry-like acidity. Private entities and NGO have worked with growers to enhance agronomy and harvesting practices. Investments in milling and education have led to the emergence of a newly vibrant specialty coffee industry. Kyauk Ku Pyin, Myanmar.

Inspired by the vibrant community of Renton and the Cedar River that runs through it. Long stewarded by the Duwamish people, the Cedar River provides clean drinking water, critical habitat and opportunities for recreation and solitude.
