Inspired by the vibrant community of Renton and the Cedar River that runs through it. Long stewarded by the Duwamish people, the Cedar River provides clean drinking water, critical habitat and opportunities for recreation and solitude. Its ongoing restoration and protection by numerous stakeholders allows our region to thrive. A blend of natural Brazil natural, organic washed Colombia and Ethiopia Guji natural.

Washed Papua New Guinea. Cupping notes: An elegant, nuanced PNG that centers around notes of crisp pear and lime zest in the aroma, rounding to cocoa nib and agave syrup in the cup. The mouthfeel is crisp and lively, like a good Vermouth, and the quiet finish is sweetly nut-toned. This is a lovely representation of the Bourbon and Typica varieties of Arabica, multi-layered and inviting. Simbai region, Papua New Guinea.

Organic washed Guatemala. A velvety smooth embrace of chocolate, almond and cane sugar with a sweet citrusy finish. Certified organically grown by small farmers in the high mountain region of Huehuetenango, known for excellent coffee-growing conditions. Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

Organic washed Mexico. Cupping notes: Pecan, Brown Sugar, Maple, Apple and Tangerine. This coffee is bold, smooth and delicious. "Dana Montana" is produced by the MOCABE cooperative in Chiapas. MOCABE is made up largely of indigenous farmers. Shade grown and organic. Chiapas, Mexico.

Ethiopia Guji Natural. This remarkable heirloom coffee was harvested at peak ripeness and dried on raised beds, undergoing multiple rounds of hand sorting and turning to ensure even drying. The results are nothing short of a spectacular cup of coffee featuring notes of lemon-lime, green apple, kiwi, watermelon, cherry, vanilla and cereal with a bright berry acidity and a full body. Produced by small farmers with Sibu Coffee, which has been working with farmers in the Guji Zone for over 20 years to improve infrastructure such as washing stations and market access for farmers. They invest heavily in community development projects including schools. Guji Zone, Hambela Wamena District, Ethiopia.

Costa Rica Santa Elena Single Origin Blend. This extraordinarily flavorful single origin blend features notes of cherry, tangerine, chocolate, hazelnut and toffee with a lightly syrupy body and elegant finish. At Santa Elena Estates, grower Luz Marina takes a holistic approach to sustainability, minimizing synthetic inputs and utilizing a closed-loop fertilizing system that composts discarded coffee pulp using red-wiggler worms. Her water treatment system meets the Costa Rican government’s high environmental standards and preserves the river’s cleanliness that flows through the estate. She offers her seasonal employees outstanding housing, health care, and a state-of-the-art drinking water filtration system. Tarrazú region, Costa Rica.

Natural Myanmar: An award-winning dry natural coffee featuring notes of mango, strawberry, grape and chocolate complemented by a hint of vanilla. Private entities and NGOs have worked with growers to enhance agronomy and harvesting practices and invested in milling and education which has led to the emergence of a vibrant specialty coffee industry. Ga Naing Yar, Myanmar.

Natural Brazil. Mild acidity and a heavy body with peanut, chocolate, toffee, and nougat. This coffee has aptly been described as a Snickers bar in a cup. This traceable coffee is grown in Cerrado Brazil.
